About the DDC Ladder
DDC rules adhered to will be those that the WFDA have most currently posted.
Games will be played to 21, and there will be two of them.
Here is how the Ladder will operate:
1. Ladder challenges can be carried out whenever and wherever possible with the most likely occurring at Frisbee tourneys around the country.
2. If the team who is further up the ladder wins either of the two games the ladder will not change.
3. If the team who is lower on the ladder wins both games then the two teams swap positions on the ladder (harsh but fair).
4. Challengers will be issued as soon as possible, prior to or early in a tournament. If a challenge is issued and not fulfilled the team at fault will receive a penalty and move one place down the ladder (however the penalty only applies to the first challenge, hence several challenges can be played, but there will be no penalty incurred for subsequent challenges).
That about sums it all up. If you want to be part of the happenings send your team names and player names to ddcladder@nzfda.org.nz.
If a change has occurred on the ladder, please notify the above address for the ladder on this website to be changed.
Remember this is a sport where broken ultimate players can excel rising to the former glory they once thought they may have had.
